We reached out and asked Lauren to share her favorite, healthy recipe with The Outpost.

She delivered it right to our door.


You could say she had us at “avocado.”

Lauren calls this her “veggie chickpea & spinach pizza.”

We’re too busy eating seconds and thirds, but would call it “delicious” if we were they type to talk with our mouths full.

Lauren kindly shared her recipe with us:


Veggie Chickpea & Spinach Pizza
Pizza crust: “This was by Venice Bakery at Whole Foods, a gluten-free/vegan crust that is really good.”
Sauce: half tomato sauce and half Trader Joe’s Curry Simmer Sauce
Seasoning: Flavor God Pizza Seasoning & Nutritional Yeast
“Toppings: Spinach, chickpeas, onions, green bell peppers. Add avocado when you take it out of the oven.”
